Boxercise is an exercise class based on boxing principles using pads and gloves only (so no one actually gets punched or hurt!), it incorporates a number of boxing moves and fitness drills that is sure to get you get fit and in shape.

All the moves have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute work-out you will work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers for a strong and lean core!
