The club has been a pioneer and leader at the forefront of developing youth sports across Qatar since 2007 and has had a hand in some countrywide and large-scale initiatives including the recent Gulf Cup and the upcoming World Club Cup.
Evo Sports was formed with the aim of enabling children from all social and cultural backgrounds to come together on the pitch and enjoy playing a session of organised football. Now, more than twelve years later, the club has grown exponentially and has seen more than fifteen thousand young people come and go.
A large part of the successful growth of the club lies in the endless hours of hard work from staff and members, who have been unwavering in their support, patience and loyalty to the club.
Now firmly established as the nation’s best multi-sports youth coaching club, Evo Sports offer a wealth of opportunities in football, swimming, basketball, netball, and fitness. Within each of the first four offerings, children can participate in coaching programmes, various academies, player development schemes, games programmes, and skill clinics to help refine their technical abilities.
General Manager, Tommy Westmoreland was delighted to receive the award and said: “It’s an honour to be named Qatar’s Best Multi-Sports Youth Coaching Company 2019, among so many other outstanding providers. It’s a real privilege for me to lead this fantastic organisation and this award is a testament to the work and dedication of all of the staff at Evolution Sports.
Our coaches work tirelessly to provide the best possible experience for all of our members, supported by a customer support team who always go the extra mile in ensuring our parents have the information they need.
This combination has generated significant growth for the company – by far the largest and most engaged Sports Academy in Qatar – so it’s great to see the team rewarded for their excellent work over the years.”
