EVOLUTION SPORTS QATAR - RETURN TO PLAY GUIDELINES
Evo Sports Qatar has been working tirelessly behind the scenes in preparation for our upcoming summer programmes. Due to the outbreak of the Covid 19 Pandemic, Evo Sports Qatar has had to implement new guidelines and procedures to ensure our members are as safe as possible when returning to sport.
Please be aware Evo Sports Qatar has had to restrict the number of places it can offer for our programmes over the summer due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Our summer programmes are designed to challenge young athletes to progressively develop their skills, performance and confidence. The courses are structured to meet the needs of all young athletes in a safe and friendly environment. All courses include a variety of technical and fun activities, which cater for all ability groups.
All sessions will focus on working with individuals. With the guidelines set out by the Ministry of Health, no team games will take place during our clinics.
Payment must be made before the start of the summer programmes. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, your child will not be allowed access to any programme if their place has not been paid.
Parents / guardians will not be allowed on site. Parents / guardians are only permitted to drop / pick up their child at the security gate. Security and Evo Staff will only allow five members into the site at a time. If you arrive and see 5 members waiting to access the site, we advise that you and your child wait in your car until the queue has been cleared.
- All children entering the Park House site will have their temperature checked (masks must be more when entering the facility).
- Individuals will have to social distance 1.5m at all times (this will include individual games and toilet use).
- Your child will only mix with other members in their group (Evo Sports has prohibited the mixture of groups)
- Hands will have to be washed regularly, hand sanitizers will be available at all times, water bottles will be kept separately for children to use.
- All Evo staff will be Covid-19 trained and all equipment will be sanitized at the end of each day.
The Covid-19 Guidelines and Screening Test must be read before the start of the clinics. This is a resource document developed by Evolution Sports Qatar to help anyone who will be returning to Evo training sessions during the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. The main objective of these guidelines is to provide an overview of what is to be expected as Evo training resumes for; players, coaches, management and staff.
These guidelines are in accordance with recommendations set by: The Qatar National Government, The Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) and The World Health Organization (WHO).
For members returning to sport with Evo, please download both documents below and complete the COVID-19 screening document before arriving to your first session.
