BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp is a one-hour fat-blasting, strength building and metabolic conditioning workout. Bootcamp uses high-intensity interval training and embraces the latest exercise science to get you in great shape both mentally and physically. We use a wide range of equipment, and although it's hard work, it's also extremely satisfying!

GYM FIT

If you’re looking to burn fat, work hard but have fun then Gym Fit is for you! It’s adaptable to any level of fitness and uses a wide range of equipment including free weights, cardio and resistance machines, gym equipment and, of course, some great body exercises and moves to tone you up! Burn fat, have fun, sign up!

BOXERCISE

Box Fit is a dynamic class based around the principles of boxing using pads and gloves only (so no one gets punched or hurt!); it introduces several boxing techniques, moves and fitness drills to get you fit and in great shape. An enjoyable and rewarding workout!

FUNCTIONAL CIRCUIT

If you're not sure what you want or need, Functional Circuit is the programme for you. This is a multi-discipline fitness package that involves a whole range of different exercises, all in one fast-paced class. Functional Circuit covers multiple disciplines and uses all sorts of equipment to work all those key muscle groups. Intensive from start to finish but adapted for different skills and abilities.

STRENGTH

Strength is a full-body workout. If you want to get toned and fit, this program is made for you. You'll work with barbells, light to moderate weights, a blend of low and high repetitions and a mixture of functional and isolation movements.  We will guide you through the moves, develop technique and keep building you strong and fit.

CARDIO AND CORE

Cardio and Core is, as you might guess, all about core body strength and hitting the cardio endurance. During a 45 min workout, you'll strengthen those core muscles and burn a lot of calories. You work at your own pace, so it's challenging but achievable for your level of fitness. You will have access to all CV equipment and a constant variety of challenging training principles. For overall health, this is a superb option.

ABOUT CROSSFIT EVO

A form of high-intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movements. 

These movements strengthen the actions you perform in your everyday life, like sitting squats, picking up objects from the floor-deadlift, and so on.

This method (mixed with CrossFit workouts as a benchmark for your fitness) I'd remove this part, helps you improve your nutrition, mobility, strength, fitness, and recovery. 

CrossFit provides you with a community of like-minded people and friends who encourage and challenge you to be the best version of yourself, all with a smile! 

Using progressive training methods and experienced coaches, no matter your fitness level, CrossFit is for you!

METCON

Our Metcon classes uses all the movement standards and progressions of CrossFit, without the high skill Gymnastic and Weightlifting elements. This program is perfect for anyone looking for a big hit of intensity in their workouts as well as a great introduction to CrossFit.

SPECIALITY CLASS

Our speciality classes focus on specific types of training we use in CrossFit, as you look to become better at CrossFit you generate interests in certain sports included in the program. Olympic Weightlifting and Gymnastics are our focus in these workshops. Our coach’s wealth of knowledge and experience ensure you become better.
